Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What is the difference between contract manufacturing and private label?

Contract manufacturing means fully custom formulation — your own texture, your own active dosing (for example a specified percentage of PDRN or Pro-Xylane), and dedicated R&D work. Private label means starting from one of our proven, stability-tested stock formulas, which is faster and lower-risk for a first launch.

Q2: What is your minimum order quantity?

Private label orders start at 3,000 units per style for bottles and jars, and 10,000 units for soft tubes and single-dose ampoules. We also support neutral trial batches of 300–500 units, in neutral bottle, with no packaging, so you can test the market before committing to a full production run.

Q3: How fast can I get samples?

Stock formulas are sampled within 3–7 business days. For a fully custom formulation the R&D timeline depends on how far your brief is from our existing bases, and we confirm it before sampling starts.

Q4: Can you help with compliance documents for Europe and North America?

Yes. Working under ISO 22716 and GMPC, we issue a batch COA and standard SDS, and we assist European clients with CPNP notifications and PIF compilation. We can also guide you through US FDA facility registration requirements.

Q5: Which certifications does the factory hold?

ISO 22716:2007 (EU cosmetics GMP), GMPC (FDA & CE recognized), and Guangdong High-Tech Enterprise status awarded in 2020. The facility runs a Class 100,000 cleanroom and has been audited by brand clients across Europe and Southeast Asia.

Q6: Do you handle packaging, filling, and labelling as well?

Yes — we deliver the full path from formula to finished goods: formulation, sampling, packaging sourcing, filling, and the compliance documentation that goes with the batch.
